Due to the nature of our production process, many of our dresses are made-to-order or customized based on the customer's preferences. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has started.
Custom and personalized dresses are created specifically for each order, including adjustments to size, design details, or other requested specifications. Because these items are produced exclusively for the customer, they cannot be returned or resold.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details, including size, model selection, and customization requests, before completing their purchase. Our team is available to assist with any questions to ensure the correct order is placed.
In the rare case that a product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify us on the same day the order is received. Claims reported after this time may not be eligible for review. Our team will evaluate the situation and, if necessary, provide an appropriate solution.
